Igor Markivskiy
(1949, Kotovsk, Odessa region).

1969 – Graduated from Odessa Art College of Grekov.
1984 – Graduated from Kiev Art Institute (teachers: G. Galinskaya, V. Chebanik).
1984 – 1989 – Lecturer at the Odessa Art College of Grekov.
1989 – Acknowledged to the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
1998 – Awarded the title “Artist of the Year” at the VI International Art Festival in Kiev.
1999 – First place in the international competition “2000 years under the star of Bethlehem”.
2008 – Diploma of the first degree at National Triennial “Graphics 2000”.
2009 – Honored Artist of Ukraine.
1997 – Nominated for the National Prize of Ukraine in the name of Taras Shevchenko (in the category of fine art).
Lived and worked in Odessa, Ukraine.
