Mykyta Volodymyr
Was born on February 1, 1931 in the village of Rakoshyno, Mukachevo, Transcarpathia.
In 1950 he graduated Uzhhorod College of Applied Arts.
A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1962.
He is a People’s Artist of Ukraine (1991).
In 1995 he was awarded Y.Bokshay and A.Erdely regional prize.
He has been a corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts since 1997.
