The exposition of color graphics in the NT-Art gallery appeared as the continuation of the exhibition “Nonconformists” in the Odessa Museum of Western and Eastern Art. The works of O. Sokolov, Y. Yegorov, V. Khrushch, S. Sychev, V. Marinyuk, L. Yastreb, V. Altanets, E. Rachmanin, R. Makoev, Y. Kovalenko, V. Strelnikov, O. Stovbur, V. Tsyupko, I. Markovsky, V. Basanets, M. Novikov were represented here.
As well as for painting, black and white graphics, sculpture, color graphics of Odessa nonconformists are characterized by a wide range of artistic directions – post-impressionism, expressionism, abstractionism, abstract expressionism, etc. Their works are distinguished by subtle plasticity: from plastic motives in working with colour and drawing to the plasticity of the space itself in the picture.
